Ann Dolin’s Bio
For nearly three decades, Ann Dolin has dedicated her career to helping parents and students overcome academic stress, succeed academically, and enjoy the K-12 and college journey together.
Ann began as a Fairfax County, VA public school teacher. She received an undergraduate degree in Child Psychology with Teacher Certification for grades 1-8 and received an M.Ed. in Special Education from Boston College in 1992. She’s spent her entire career in education, teaching and tutoring students from Kindergarten to College.
In 1998, she founded Educational Connections, tutoring one student at her dining room table. Today, her company has grown to employ over 120 tutors who have provided virtual tutoring services to students in the Washington, D.C. area and beyond.
Over the years, Ann has observed, developed, and shared practical strategies for helping parents and students succeed. Her award-winning books and engaging presentations have helped countless families navigate the K-12 journey with confidence.
